Download Speed

What is going on with the speed of this download for the history mod? It's 110-180 KB/s..... I stopped using dialup almost two decades ago. At this rate it will be finished tomorrow. Please for the love of all that is good in this world, upload this to a website that will allow people to access this 4GB file in a reasonable amount of time. From the YouTube videos, this mod looks cool but at this download speed I may never find out.
