I do not understand your question. fishing net and circular saw are researches that have an effect.
Like how did you mod / create them into the game? Probably to much to ask, I do some modding myself. Just don't know how to go about making a new tech.
I wanted to create a tech called "Fertilizer" giving a 10% productivity to farm fields.
