Why ToolOne doesnt find the anno 1404 directory ?

Hello,

like what is writed in the title, I downloaded Toolset 1.2 (ToolOne + World Editor) - 15 MB (08.03.2010) from this page: http://anno.de.ubi.com/downloads.php . But when I install it, I have the followed error: http://puu.sh/qvzRJ/1d0d44c023.jpg .

I downloaded this tool to be able to modify or create new buildings. Does anyone know what to do ?

I have the steam version of Anno 1404 and located at the default directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Anno 1404
